Responsibilities - Lead delivery of a high-end residential project in North London from inception to handover
- Maintain strict Health & Safety standards and ensure proper paperwork
- Direct and develop on-site teams with strong man-management
- Manage client-facing communications and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate across subcontractors and consultants to meet project milestones
- Oversee details of the two-year programme including basement, commercial space, and 41 luxury apartments
- Monitor quality of finishes to align with client expectations
